At MoodyCrate, we are committed to offering you beautiful and thoughtfully designed products that honor your motherhood journey.
Since our gift boxes often contain perishable, personal or hygiene items, all sales are final, except in the exceptional case where a product arrives defective or damaged.
What to do if your product is defective or damaged
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Write to us at info@moodycrate.com and include: your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- Upon receipt of your message and after reviewing the evidence, we will respond with the next steps.
If your request is approved, we will either:
- A replacement at no extra cost,
- Or, if a replacement is not possible, a refund to your original payment method.
Why are all sales final?
We work with sensitive, hygienic and consumable products (e.g., personal care, food, etc.).
Once these items have been shipped, we can no longer guarantee the integrity of the returned products.
For reasons of safety, quality and fairness, we therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges related to a change of mind.
